Ms. Elizabeth Ucheya

Ms. Nkiruka Elizabeth Ucheya, also known as Ms. Elizabeth, is the founder of Renoxx Caregivers. She is a highly experienced administrator who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of fast-paced environments and highly competitive industries (home and community-based programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, home and nursing care services, and child care services).

Ms. Elizabeth has very strong technical and business skills with an impressive track record of more than 15 years of hands-on experience in business management consulting— strategic planning, business development/planning, program and project management, system engineering integration strategies, organization performance management, change and communication management, organization transformation and design, and human resources and workforce development. She has over eight years of consulting experience working with two of the four large consulting firms— Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Elizabeth has proven her ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective technology solutions for enhancing competitiveness, delivering quality services, improving customer service offerings, and increasing revenues.


 
Yvonne Wimberly

Ms. Wimberly is an energetic, well-organized master’s degree holder in social work with over 28 years of experience working in a variety of settings, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, families, and groups within the community.

Ms. Wimberly’s experience in developmental disabilities involves various settings such as state institutions, residential group homes, vocational programs, individual’s own homes, and other public sector and voluntary organizations. Ms. Wimberly obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Madison. As the managing director at Renoxx Caregivers, Ms. Wimberly uses her excellent leadership capabilities to provide program management services, quality assurance management, training, and technical issue resolution for all the programs that focus on services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.


 
Regina Plater

Ms. Regina is a process-oriented worker with over 20 years of experience in business administration. She has acquired much of her experience working for small, domestic, and multinational companies in Brazil, where she was born.

From 1997-2007, she worked for Yokogawa South America, a renowned Japanese company leader in the field of industrial automation processes, where she was initially in charge of the Sales Coordination Department for the domestic market, and consequently became responsible for the International Sales Coordination, liaising with clients and representatives in South America, Japan, and Europe.

Ms. Regina’s problem-solving skills were honed as she developed and implemented an online sales database which improved company transparency with more arcuate information. It dramatically reduced customer response time while increasing customer trust.

In November 2011, Ms. Regina joined Renoxx Caregivers as an office assistant. Eager to learn the ropes, when the opportunities to be trained in new positions in billing, payroll, and human resources departments, Ms. Regina stepped forward. She then spearheaded the automation of the scheduling and billing processes. She’s been the Quality Assurance & Process Improvement and Automation Coordinator since 2015.

Ms. Regina holds a business degree from the Universidade Italo-Brasileira and is currently preparing to obtain the Microsoft Office expert certification. She is also a frequent volunteer, nature lover, and traveler.

As the Marketing & Communications Lead at Renoxx Caregivers, Jamar oversees all aspects of brand strategy, social media engagement, and digital outreach. He plays a key role in enhancing community awareness about Renoxx’s mission to support individuals with autism and disabilities through innovative programs and compassionate care. Through effective storytelling, community outreach, and data-driven marketing strategies, Jamar strengthens engagement across platforms and fosters meaningful connections with families and our special partners. His work bridges the gap between caregivers, families, and the broader community ensuring that our message of empowerment and inclusion reaches every audience.

Ms. Bukola is the team leader of the billing, scheduling, & payroll department at Renoxx Caregivers. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University in Nigeria. She is an associate accountant of The Insitute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

She is a highly motivated and versatile professional with over a decade of excellence focused on accounts payable/receivable, statutory auditing, and general administration.

Ms. Bukola’s courteous personality has proven effective in customer-facing roles and in maintaining quality client service satisfaction over the years. Her expertise in advanced accounting and finance skills has helped maintain efficiency and accuracy when processing invoices and payroll, updating schedules, and completing other essential tasks.

Ms. Fashola has a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Ilorin Nigeria. She has a talent for human resources management, employee relations, problem-solving, conflict management/resolution, and performance management. She has worked for Renoxx since 2018, attending to the needs of clients and staff.

Mrs. Cole obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing from Montgomery College. She is integral to all the Renoxx programs. She is our on-site nurse and oversees our nursing staff/department. Her successes in her 9-year career before Renoxx have brought her to this senior management position. She has succeeded with our company thanks to her professional and positive attitude and her varied skill set. These have cemented her as an asset to this company. She is also valued for her compassion and understanding to not just our clients and their families but also to her co-workers.
