Ms. Polection, received her Bachelor of Science degree in management communication from Southern Connecticut State University, completed a dual Master Degree in regular education and special education from Touro College and pursued a post-graduate program in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Carly is a licensed and board-certified behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has dedicated her worked in the clinical field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 2010. She has experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. Carly is experience in providing ABA treatments in residential settings for individuals from birth to 21 in several capacities, including developing and overseeing treatment programming, staff development with an emphasis in organization behavior management (OBM) and parent training. She has also conducted adaptive skills training with adults of all ages and provided school consultation for school districts and private schools.

Ms. Mahoro has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland College Park. She came to Renoxx with a refined skill set of administration and office management as well as customer service. She has a history of supporting her department and managers in key positions of responsibility. That experience developed her interpersonal skills and diligence. She is a natural leader who tackles any problem she faces with vigor and attention to detail.
