Ms. Molongoski has a master’s degree in psychology with a focus in Behavioral Health from the University of Phoenix and Penn State University. She has worked in behavioral health for over 12 years with a variety of companies and ages of clients.

Besides administration, Ms. Molongoski has had positions as direct-support staff as well as experience in behavior intervention with many different children who have diverse diagnoses. She enjoys the uniqueness in everyone. Each person is different with different needs and accommodations, and that’s what makes work interesting to her.
She enjoys fostering understanding in one another and bringing families closer together. A reoccurring meaningful moment for Ms. Molongoski is when she assists someone who struggled learning a new skill succeed and is confident in the knowledge that she has helped them along that journey.

Ms. Ladaga has been with Renoxx for over 6 years and is a crucial part of the Silver Spring team. She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a master’s degree in special education and is working on her PhD.

She values integrity, honesty, professionalism, and flexibility. She has a passion for working with children and teaching and has a special place in her heart for special individuals. When it comes to professional tasks, she is adaptable and known as a problem-solver. Ms. Ladaga has taken initiative to take on more duties resulting in higher levels of responsibility. Her coworkers think of her as supportive and respectful.

Ms. Hill has master’s degree in organizational management and leadership from Springfield College. She came to Renoxx with over 13 years of experience working with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Passion is a key part of what makes Ms. Hill an amazing employee. She works hard because a big part of her job is to be caring and empathetic. Her passion carries over to her strict attention to detail and dedication to the profession she loves. Ms. Hill says the reason she works with children with special needs is that it is what she loves to do and feels this is where she truly belongs. Her joy comes in helping her kids reach their goals and working with them along the way. Helping even just one child in their journey to achieve is a blessing in her life. She feels their potential is limitless.


Monaliza Fernandez

Ms. Fernandez is a Special Education Teacher who received several teacher awards for her performance and dedication to her students. She was awarded “Most Outstanding Teacher” in 2008. She has worked with preschool, elementary, high school students and adults with special needs. Her diverse experience with special needs individuals is crucial to her role as Assistant Program Director with the Autism Program at Renoxx Caregivers.

Ms. Fernandez first joined Renoxx Caregivers in 2011 as a case manager and supervisor. She has worked in the position until she was promoted as the assistant program director in 2019. She assists the program director as well as supports the Autism case management teams in the Lanham, Silver Spring and Clarksburg centers. She has worked in the special education field for over 16 years and holds a bachelor’s degree from University of San Carlos.

Mr. Padulla, or fondly called as Mr. Joe at the TI Center, started as an assistant supervisor for the TI program in the Lanham location. From there, his commitment and dedication brought him all the way up to his current position as an assistant case manager in the Silver Spring location. Mr. Joe’s level of care and concern for individuals in the Autism spectrum is unquestionable. He is also known for being passionate about uplifting the rights and dignity of every individual in the spectrum that he gets to serve. He is a firm believer that every family which is blessed to have a child on the Autism spectrum deserve empathy and respect from the community for the hard work, patience, and determination that raising a child on the spectrum entails. Mr. Joe is working on his master’s degree is special education and has a master’s degree in pastoral ministry. He has been working in the field of special education since 2010.


Rita Dennis

Ms. Rita Dennis received her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Guyana in 2010. Prior to that Ms. Rita obtained certificates in small business management, supervisory management, and accounting. Ms. Rita is currently pursuing programs and courses in ABA so she can better understand and serve the population she works with.

Ms. Rita has 37 years of working experience in diverse fields. She worked with the National Data Management Authority in Guyana, South America for 17 years in various capacities mainly in the administrative and finance department supervising entry-level staff. Nineteen years ago Ms. Rita began her dream of working with children in schools and home-based environments. Rita has a special love and compassion for children and genuinely empathizes with the children that she serves.

Ms. Rita began at Renoxx Caregivers as a therapeutic integration counselor/intensive individual support service technician, in March 2012. She enjoyed working with participants assisting them in developing life skills, so they can function as independently as possible. After a few months, Ms. Rita was offered a position in the administrative team as a human resources specialist since she had years of administrative experience. In January 2015, Ms. Rita was again promoted to the position of program coordinator at the Lanham TI center, where she is responsible for the day to day running of the center. Ms. Rita oversees transportation needs for participants; communicates with families, schools, and staff; listens to parents’ concerns and provides information and guidance; coordinates the direct care technicians; plans and executes all center events; and collaborates with the case managers in preparing all TI supervisory documentation.

Overall, Ms. Rita’s role is to ensure that our participants and their families’ needs are met by our staff properly, not only as is required under the Maryland Autism Waiver regulations but more importantly – strive to offer the best possible care to individuals with Autism.

Ms. Rita has a unique and warm personality. She approaches her job with enthusiasm and purpose and has proven to be an extremely valuable employee. Her philosophy is “Be committed and strive for excellence in whatever you do.”
